The Social Hub is seeking a Senior Commercial Asset Manager to join our fast-growing real estate team!

Your mission, should you choose to accept it...

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Senior Asset Manager with a proven track record in hotel real estate to make a significant impact in the management of a global portfolio of large hotel assets. More than just an asset manager, you'll be a strategic leader working at the intersection of property ownership and hotel operations, transforming our assets from mere properties into living, breathing spaces that combine strategic challenges with dynamic, hands-on hospitality experience. In this fast-growing and entrepreneurial environment, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies to maximize the financial and operational performance of hotel properties across our regions, with the unique opportunity to directly influence asset value, guest satisfaction, and operational success. We're seeking a professional with international experience who thrives in a young, innovative company and is eager to contribute to the continued expansion of our asset base.

In case you don't know who we are (ahem)

Known for being the rule breakers in hospitality, TSH is a fun, creative and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn and play and most importantly – be themselves. As an employer we look, act and think like a hotel, but instead we offer a lot more. Think student accommodation, long and short stay options, gyms, talks, events, rooftop bar and eat & drink escapes as well as community and coworking spaces. Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, and Spain with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the management of a diverse portfolio of hotel assets across defined regions.
  • Develop and execute long-term strategies tailored to each hotel's unique market dynamics.
  • Prepare comprehensive annual budgets and business plans for each asset, monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide strategic input on long-term capital planning.
  • Negotiate and manage third-party contracts and leases.
  • Support the integration of newly acquired assets and developments, monitoring business cases during build phases, and contributing to the company's growth strategy through asset diversification and market opportunities.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Ensure properties meet local regulations, safety standards, and risk management protocols, with a focus on implementing ESG pathways for each asset.
  • Serve as a key point of contact, working closely with operations teams, general managers, and external partners to drive operational excellence and value creation.

Who You Are

  • You hold a master's degree in finance or real estate.
  • You have 8+ years of working experience, preferably in investment banking, private equity, or real estate development.
  • A passion for entrepreneurial environments and dynamic challenges, you don’t just dream it, you do it.
  • An exceptional ability to connect with diverse stakeholders.
  • You have international experience; and it would be a big plus to have a proven track record in hotel real estate.
  • You possess business acumen and understand how we operate (or are curious about it).

What We Offer:

  • The opportunity to work at a dynamic, multi-national company based in one of Europe’s most exciting cities.
  • We’re not just another hotel - we’re a game-changing innovator, challenging every convention and defining the future.
  • The chance to learn and grow in your role with the potential for future growth.
  • The opportunity to work for a Certified B Corp® company that balances profit with positive impact, collaborating with organizations like Movement on the Ground and the TSH Talent Foundation to create meaningful change
  • Awesome discounts on all our properties in Europe and not just for you, but also for your friends and family!
  • The freedom to work remotely or to come to the office – whatever suits you best!
  • A wonderful workplace to call home - full of events, fun-loving colleagues, and of course all of the other amazing salary and benefit stuff.

Who you are, is how we want you to be. To us, hybrid hospitality goes across the board, from how we service our guests to how we represent ourselves. Here, everyone belongs, and we welcome people no matter their nationality, gender, age, sexual orientation, religion, or culture. Your authenticity keeps our team diverse. Come as you are.
