ABOUT THE ROLE

The role of the Senior Event Producer and Facilitator is to supervise quality control  and coordinate from concept & creative development  to execution on all activations with an in-depth understanding and alignment to the larger business strategy. This involves participating in ideation, collaborating  across business units in order to generate concepts and programme design. It includes the approval of assets developed for the activation design and ensures we produce and deliver brand-aligned, premium experiences that aim to delight members. The Role of the Senior Producer will be  to oversee and manage assigned event budgets and project plans.  Where needed this role will also  host/ facilitate  live event sessions for our community members, therefore must always represent the values and tone of the brand. 

As our Senior Event Producer & Specialist you would:

  • Design and oversee bespoke, customised GLOBAL experiences
  • Travel the world and be on the frontline member engagement and event facilitation
  • Become a trailblazer in global community development for the world’s most talented individuals
  • Work remotely with an exceptional global team driven by a purpose led culture

Key accountabilities include but not limited to :

  • Develop and design  meaningful experiences to support our strategy
  • Oversee the development of all creative assets required for activations
  • Supervise and project manage high level execution to allocated timelines
  • Navigate and attend to continuous problem solving
  • Be the custodian of quality assurance at all times for our department 
  • Host/ facilitate designed experiences where needed

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Significant experience in high end event design and production
  • Strong interpersonal skills that represents The Room brand 
  • Exceptional communication skills and facilitation experience
  • Strong leadership and project management ( demonstrating  experience with project management tools)
  • Multitasking and creative problem solving abilities
  • World class exceptional attention to detail
  • The ability to travel regularly
