As a Sales Account Executive, you will communicate the value proposition of our Therma platform to multi-unit customers in the food retail, service, and cold storage industries. Working closely with our senior leadership team, you will develop opportunities by prospecting, qualifying and closing deals with mid-market and SMB-level accounts. With support from the Sales Development Representative team, you will execute all aspects of the sales cycle, from first call to close. In addition, you will navigate organizations to identify key decision makers and consistently exceed monthly goals, pipeline metrics, and other KPIs.
This role reports directly to the Vice President of Sales and is based out of our US headquarters located in San Francisco, CA (remote during COVID-19 pandemic).
- 3+ years B2B SaaS sales experience
- Experience selling over the phone/Zoom
- Ability to engage senior executives and effectively communicate our value proposition
- Experience working with a CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot) for all aspects of sales pipeline management, forecasting and account activity tracking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have a competitive edge and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
- $90,000 – $120,000 salary
- OTE, 50/50
