The Refinery is an award-winning entertainment advertising agency located in Sherman Oaks. We work with all of the major studios and streamers producing creative digital, A/V and print campaigns for theatrical properties and television/streaming content.

Enough about us, here’s what we’re looking for in a candidate:

  • Minimum 4 years hands-on experience conforming and color grading for trailers, broadcast and streaming content
  • Advanced knowledge of Premiere, Avid and Davinci Resolve and strong application of color theory
  • Work Experience in: HDR, SDR, UHD, 4K and other current formats, Dolby Vision is a plus
  • Proven ability to accurately deliver to project specifications within deadlines while maintaining a calm, positive demeanor in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative and technical problem solver for teammates and clients to execute best-in-class finishing work
  • Work alongside Post Supervisor to improve processes and implement new tools for enhanced finishing efficiency
  • Significant bonus points for entertainment advertising agency experience

Candidates will work ONSITE, and must wear a mask unless fully vaccinated, or if required by current guidelines
