We're looking for a senior project manager to lead our internal creative studio, excited about the prospect of building creative processes and guidelines for the Creative team in a fast paced, innovation driven environment. Reporting into the Head of Creative Services, you will create a nimble, highly-effective project management pipeline for initiatives like brand development, creative, editorial, content creation, retail, advertising and design across all channels.

This role will create operational efficiencies for the creative workflow process by using best practices and tools to streamline and structure the way creative work is produced. The Senior Project Manager will partner with stakeholders and review creative briefs to ensure creative disciplines and needs are considered, requests are aligned to the brand vision and standards, and ample time is given to create the work. You will lead the creative process by being a strategic thought partner cross-functionally end-to-end. This leader will have a keen sensitivity to creative workload and project deadlines with the ability to shift and balance priorities based on business priorities and the overall volume of work. The Senior Project Manager will also work closely with key stakeholders on annual project planning.

  • Ensure the studio is delivering best-in-class output and partnership, functioning efficiently, and instilling a culture of collaboration
  • Drive and contribute to a culture where people love to work, feel they can flourish, and are proud of their work. Keep a continuous pulse on the creative teams' health and productivity through the use of feedback collection, surveys, and focus groups
  • Help lead and manage both in-house and external teams in creative strategy, execution and production
