The RealReal is seeking a Digital Pipeline Manager to join our Merchandising Team, who is self-motivated and possesses an entrepreneurial spirit to focus on continuous improvement.
The Digital Pipeline Manager will work directly with Site, Merchandising, and Marketing functions to drive and continually improve business processes to ensure effective cross-functional collaboration. Additionally, this role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end digital pipeline, including quarterly, monthly and weekly milestones.

What You Get To Do Every Day
- Pipeline + Calendar Management
- Sets and facilitates quarterly and monthly content planning schedule
- Tracks changes to the content-plan and sales schedule, leading change management communications cross-functionally
- Schedules and facilitates a variety of cross-functional meetings, setting agendas and sending recaps, as needed
- Architects efficiencies throughout the planning process, working with relevant teams to optimize and apply out.
- Program + Project Management
- Manages various projects ranging from small-scale site deliverables to large-scale brand initiatives
- Partners with the Creative leadership to load balance resources against evolving business priorities
- Program manage the operational execution of digital initiatives, working with cross-functional leads to build and execute program roadmaps
What you bring to the role
- 5+ years of proven success in a fast-paced environment (agency or in-house), preferably in eCommerce (marketing ops, digital production, etc.)
- Excellent oral/written communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills to effectively work across all levels of the organization
- Strong ability to see around corners and anticipate obstacles or roadblocks
- Highly process-oriented with superior skills in defining operational structures
- Strong attention to detail, with a mind for connecting workflows to business needs
- Ability to influence and coordinate activities among cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree required
