The Manager, Operations Finance supports our Operations functions across Supply Chain, Retail and Customer Service.  The scope of this role includes managing the cadenced short-term and long-range planning, performance and variance analysis, investment ROI and rationalization, and ad hoc strategic support. This role reports into the Operations Finance Lead and will partner closely with the functional VP’s across the Operations function. They will need to be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and driving solutions through action.

  • Act as a strategic thought partner to Operations functions to navigate and rationalize costs and productivity in the company’s march to profitability
  • Collaborate across support functions (Accounting, Procurement, Product/Tech, Legal, HR) to manage the controls and provide transparency of network effects
  • Partner with Operations leaders to develop models to forecast variable costs intra-month and track against budget.
  • Track and report out on Unit Economics and apply that to ongoing forecasts to inform risks and opportunities to budget
  • Build new tools and oversee processes to drive accountability and track progresS
