The RealReal is looking for a hands-on performance marketer to lead our paid social and display strategy. Reporting to the Senior Director of Acquisition Marketing, you will be focused on scaling paid media across social (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, etc) and Display to  maximize new customers and revenue. This role is a key position on the Acquisition Marketing team in driving results for our growing company.  You will work closely with numerous stakeholder teams including product, merchandising, creative, analytics and others on the acquisition team.

What You Get To Do Every Day

  • Manage and execute paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and TikTok
  • Oversee strategy for Display prospecting/retargeting programs
  • Optimize, test and iterate to improve performance including landing pages, creative, etc. to improve conversion rates, cost per new customer (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), etc.
  • Collaborate with creative team to provide best practices and creating feedback loop based on performance insights
  • Manage a sizable paid social and display budget

What You Bring To The Role

  • Minimum 5-7 years experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, performance marketing, etc.
  • Hands on management on Social platforms (Facebook/Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok)
  • Experience with DSPs (Trade Desk, DV360, etc.) a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in analyzing raw data, drawing conclusions, and making recommendations
  • Experience with advanced measurement methodology including attribution and incremental lift testing
  • Strong attention to detail with experience in proper campaign set-up and QA, execution, and budget management
  • Experience managing sizable budgets and driving growth
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Looker to ensure ad platforms and internal data tools have reliable data for analysis
  • Highly collaborative with strong communication and interpersonal skills
