This position is based in San Francisco, CA and will report to the VP of Talent Acquisition 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Partner closely with the business to identify, build, and execute effective recruiting strategies to engage the best and the brightest engineering talent
  • Responsible for full life cycle recruiting support for engineering teams at The RealReal 
  • Build and maintain a network of technical talent through ongoing relationship management
  • Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers and proactively report on pipeline activity to facilitate effective recruiting and hiring discussions
  • Measure performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in technical sourcing and recruiting strategies
  • Manage an outstanding and efficient candidate process and experience
  • Serve as an internally and externally-facing representative of The RealReal and our recruiting team

REQUIREMENTS

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a full-life cycle recruiter with expert-level skills in corporate talent sourcing
  • Demonstrated experience creating and executing recruiting sourcing strategies and actively building a pipeline of diverse talent, including active and passive candidates
  • Solid working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, and other online sourcing strategies
  • Experience handling and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
  • A data-mindset to problem-solving and a comprehensive knowledge of recruiting strategies and programs
  • Dedication to creating a stellar candidate experience for every candidate every time
  • The ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment and the grit to juggle multiple tasks
  • Excellent verbal, written, communication, and organizational skills
  • LinkedIn Certified Professional - Recruiter certification
  • Possess a ‘business partner’ mentality, with the ability to develop and maintain outstanding client-relationships
  • Experience in diversity recruiting and ability to source and create a pipeline of diverse candidates
  • Experience building geographically distributed teams
