Therabody is looking for a Store Manager to develop and uphold an environment where a world-class team of brand ambassadors are empowered and supported to deliver market leading engagement with each of our guests. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Experience 

  • Greet and check-in clients while providing exceptional customer service at all times
  • Manage appointments and walk-ins on a regular basis
  • Cultivate a unique, fun, and seamless Customer Experience
  • Educate team and customers on products and services
  • Achieve customer retention goals and monitor/understand all customer-related reporting

Sales Performance and Retail

  • Achieve store sales goals and other financial targets
  • Analyze store performance, identify problems and craft solutions. This includes monitoring and understanding sales reports
  • P&L responsibility, identify/execute opportunities to reduce costs and generating revenue
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Therabody, play an active role in the community and seek outreach/networking opportunities

Team Management

  • Ability to help hire, train, nurture, and lead a world-class retail and service team
  • Seek opportunities to educate, inspire, empower, and mobilize your team for their professional growth and to serve the consumer to the highest standard
  • Serve as a bridge between Therabody headquarters and the store team to ensure a deep sense of connection to the company and brand, as well as to foster a seamless flow of communication
  • Have a passion for driving excellence in all business areas through your team (financially, customer experience, service delivery, safety, cleanliness, etc.) 
  • Identify and implement opportunities to engage with your store’s local community for the betterment of our cities, people and planet

Stock and Inventory Management

  • Communicate with headquarters to ensure inventory meets the needs of the business
  • Manage all return processes following Therabody policies and procedures while providing exceptional customer service
  • Ensure accurate and efficient receipt, transfer and inventory of all goods between our store and warehouse through trackable inventory logs
  • Manage consumables inventory to ensure no impact on service delivery/customer experience

Store Operations

  • Maintain operation of all POS functions to ensure accurate store reporting and accounting
  • Manage any facilities issues as they arise while controlling operational costs
  • Maintain all display fixtures, lighting and marketing material
  • Ability to track, monitor and enforce all equipment safety and cleanliness procedures

The Right Person Would Have

  • 5+ years of retail management experience, preferably within a luxury brand or med spa company
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Familiarity with the latest innovations in high-tech recovery 
  • Experience leading a multidisciplinary team (retail, trainers, clinicians, etc.)
  • The ability to lead a team to achieve financial, operational and customer service goals
  • A current certification from ACSM, NASM, ACE, or applicable university degree (i.e. Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, etc.) is preferred but not required
  • A proven ability to drive sales from start-up, execute events, and work in concert with marketing
  • A talent for managing and developing a cohesive team
  • The ability to lift boxes up to 50lbs
  • The ability and willingness to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed
