As the Head of International More Nutrition (f/m/x), you will play a pivotal role in driving our brand's global growth. You will take full ownership of our international expansion strategy, from market analysis to team building, while ensuring alignment across all departments and regions.This role is critical to achieving MORE's international growth ambitions.

Your mission

  • Full Expansion Ownership: Lead the internationalization efforts for More Nutrition, conducting in-depth market analyses and developing comprehensive go-to-market strategies for various sales channels (DTC/B2B). Build local teams and manage all activities to enhance brand awareness, acquire new customers, and ensure profitable growth
  • P&L Responsibility: Oversee and manage the financial performance of each international market, aiming to meet and exceed revenue targets and maintain profitability
  • Matrix Organization Leadership: Lead local cross-functional teams, including Influencer Marketing, Event Marketing, Customer Service, and B2B Sales, to ensure cohesive execution of strategies across regions
  • Team Building and Management: Recruit, develop, and manage small teams in each local market as well as a central team at the Hamburg HQ, fostering collaboration and consistency across all markets and departments
  • Strategic Reporting: Report directly to the General Manager of MORE, reflecting the strategic importance of this role in driving the company’s international growth and expansion strategy
  • Communication and Adaptability: Bridge various teams and stakeholders within the organization and with external partners. Manage through change and uncertainty during periods of rapid growth and expansion

 

Location and Travel Requirements

  • Primary Work Locations: Hamburg, Amsterdam, or London
  • Remote Setup: Possible with a requirement of 3-4 days per week on-site in one of our offices
  • Travel: Frequent travel between different office locations and markets is required

 

Your experience & skills 

  • A minimum of 7-9 years in international business, with a proven track record of strategic leadership and operational excellence including 3-5 years with one of the top-tier consulting firms, demonstrating strong analytical and strategic capabilities and 3-5 years in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment, showcasing adaptability and hands-on experience in dynamic, fast-paced settings
  • A strong alignment with our core values centered around better-for-you nutrition, with the ability to authentically represent and promote these values across diverse international markets
  • High intellectual capacity and strong analytical skills for navigating complex business landscapes and making informed decisions under pressure
  • Results-oriented with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proven track record in executing strategic initiatives
  • Energetic and creative, with an entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to take calculated risks to foster innovation
  • Collaborative and humble leader, valuing team input, committed to continuous learning, and driving the brand forward
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global context; proficiency in German is a Plus
