PHC and its products are growing rapidly and so is our product management team. This role will give you the opportunity to help define, design, and evolve PHC’s products, platform, and services. This role will start mostly as an individual contributor role with large opportunities for career growth, including people management. As you progress in your efforts, you’ll actively evaluate investment opportunities that may necessitate growing your team. In this role you will be expected to:

  • Obsess over solving customers’ most challenging disease risk problems by deeply understanding personas and their needs.
  • Translate customer feedback and insights into prioritized product requirements with detailed user stories.
  • Conceptualize and construct cohesive product and business strategies around empowering organizations to operate through the uncertainty of disease risk.
  • Partner with Design, Engineering, and Data Science teams to define products in deep technical details to rapidly iterate and take solutions from design concepts through prototyping to product launch.
  • Partner with PHC’s Public Health Services team to conceptualize, design, and build solutions that enable efficient and scalable customer engagements.
  • Partner with PHC’s Marketing team to develop messaging, and build go-to-market strategies.
  • Spearhead beta tests for new products and services, ensuring their success in the market.
  • Develop product documentation, thought leadership, customer presentations, and other content assets.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience
  • 4-8 years’ professional experience as a Product Manager from a tech background
  • Experience building data platforms and API's to meet a wide variety of use cases for B2B and/or B2E customers
  • Experience in translating high level customer requirements into detailed technical specifications for the Engineering and Data Science teams
  • Strong understanding or experience with data platforms, data modeling, algorithms, and data transformation techniques
  • Experience building complex systems incrementally through early customer partnerships
  • Strong understanding or experience with Cloud deployments (GCP preferred)
  • Experience making complex data-driven business decisions
  • Experience extracting requirements from customers and stakeholders
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including legal and security
  • Passionate about defining and evaluating new business opportunities
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Understanding of common privacy industry standards/ regulations (e.g. GDPR, HIPAA), especially as it relates to building technology products
  • Health-Tech industry experience is a plus
