Theoria’s Human Resources Department is seeking individuals to join its team to support its expansion and assist with staffing onboarding and offboarding.

Shift Structure

  • Monday-Friday 9AM to 5PM EST
  • Thursday-Monday 7AM to 3PM EST

  • Full Time, Non-Exempt

Compensation and Benefits

  • Php 25,000.00 to Php 31,500.00
  • 15 VL annually
  • 10 SL annually
  • 13th month pay
  • HMO offered upon regularization
  • Weekends off
  • Overtime available

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Maintaining licensure and other information for healthcare facilities.
  • Responsible for onboarding new hires and obtaining necessary documentation and input information into various databases.
  • Responsible for ordering equipment needed by staff.
  • Detail-oriented, organized decision-maker with the ability to work both independently and in teams.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills are also essential, as these specialists spend a lot of time communicating with doctors and healthcare administrators.
  • Other tasks assigned by management

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of US Healthcare credentialing experience is a requirement.
  • College Graduate of any 4 year course.
  • 5 years of BPO experience as Customer Service Representative.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Detail oriented

Physical Requirements

  • Must be punctual or on time and adhere to the company's Time and Attendance policy.
  • Must be able to remain sitting for the majority of their shift.
