Schedule new patients referrals received via fax or provided by new insurance contracts.
Call and reschedule any patients that have no show/cancelled their appointments for all office locations.
Audit the new intakes sent via outlook to the “New Intake Group” by all staff and request from them to make necessary corrections such as misspells, wrong diagnosis, scheduled out of the time frame and ensure the correct attending providers and referring are listed in the Medical Records System
Schedule patients for new providers or existing patients from providers moving office locations.
Manage patient counts for all offices and email the front office every morning to make the necessary count adjustments.
Create new patient charts and sort authorizations referrals sent with medical records.
Contact referring providers to obtain missing important information in addition confirm diagnoses if questionable.
