Requirements:
- Minimum of 6+ years of software development experience, with a primary focus on NodeJS.
- Architect and implement end-to-end full-stack solutions.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to a team of engineers.
- Collaborate effectively with product and design teams to align on project goals.
- Ensure code quality through rigorous reviews and testing methodologies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and introduce innovative solutions.
- Play a key role in the recruitment and onboarding of new engineering talent.
- Engage with senior leadership and stakeholders on technical deliverables and challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver scalable and reliable software solutions in line with company objectives.
- Cultivate a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.
- Oversee project timelines and communicate risks or blockers proactively.
- Uphold high standards of code quality, system performance, and security.
- Represent the engineering team in cross-departmental collaborations.

Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
- Familiarity with the unique challenges and opportunities presented by B2B SaaS, including scalability, multi-tenancy, and integration with various enterprise systems.
- Experience in a multi-cloud environment (e.g., AWS, Heroku).
- Proven ability to navigate complex business requirements and deliver in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
