We are seeking a Driver to join our award-winning workplace. As part of our team, you will provide quality transportation services for residents. You will also be able to create meaningful moments in the lives of residents, visitors, and staff by demonstrating Nextraordinary behaviors.

This position is full-time, with a shift of 8:30am-4:30pm. Weekday, weekend, weeknight, and holiday availability is required.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Safely and efficiently transport residents in Mather vehicles
• Complete required vehicle safety inspections prior to each trip
• Maintain vehicles, mechanically and aesthetically, according to maintenance schedule and as needed
• Maintains a daily check log, service log, and other pertinent records
• Works to continually improve scheduling and transportation service to maintain on-time performance within a reasonable margin, weather permitting

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Required:
• Driver’s License with excellent driving record
• Customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills
