Project management is what we’re called on paper, but we’re really more like project stewardship.
We’re a hard-working, determined team focused on making the creative process a fine-tuned machine, but one with the flexibility needed to be innovative and successful. Often referred to as the glue that keeps the agency teams running, we’re at our best when managing a collaborative project from kick- off meeting to launch date.
Leadership is key to our success and we excel when we share a seat at the table to solve problems and move obstacles out of the way so that our teams can thrive.
As the work we put out into the world grows, so too does the need for great project managers, and we’re currently looking to match the momentum of creative and find people who can help steer it.
YOU HAVE…
Proven and sustained experience in a project management role, or can speak to a relatable career journey within advertising (3-4 years work experience is a good marker)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a willingness to learn a range of technologies and communication tools
Experience with project management systems (Smartsheet, com, Asana, etc.)
A working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Apple Keynote (a plus, but not necessary)
Managed multiple production disciplines: print, digital, broadcast and non- traditional media
Great time-management/prioritization
A belief in the importance of building authentic, collaborative relationships
Mentored Project Managers and Coordinators; preferably leading direct reports within a department
Strong communication skills (both written and conversationally) and proven to be an excellent collaborator and negotiator in your current space
Problem solving and critical thinking skills
A love of details and have interesting organizational tricks for keeping track of them
The ability to be a convincing presenter who can sell story ideas or inspire interest
The know-how to pivot; we're looking for a multitasker and nimble worker by nature – we move at the pace of culture and no day is the same as the last!
