The Marketing Arm is looking for a top-notch Account Executive to join a talented group of individuals who develop, promote and execute local, regional and national programs for a Fortune 50 client.
This role supports the Account Director-Account Lead and their dedicated Client Services team across specified client sets or shopper marketing initiatives. He/she will manage shopper marketing program development and execution for specific key accounts of this client.
The ideal candidate must be a proactive thinker energized by working in a fast-paced environment, meeting stringent deadlines with a “can do” attitude, is self-sufficient yet contributes as a team member, is solution oriented, resourceful, and has the agility to alter plans when required. Strong client service/project management background required and experience in retail or shopper marketing industry is a plus.
The primary role of the Account Executive is to be the account teams’ go-to person, while managing multiple programs and working seamlessly with TMA counterparts to develop best in class programs for our client. Here are a few additional responsibilities as well:
Must be a team player while exhibiting a high level of personal responsibility and commitment
Successfully delegate project responsibilities while retaining accountability for results
Ability to manage, motivate and lead team/vendors/agency partners
Interact with the internal creative, wireless, digital and research teams on specific projects
Meet established deadlines, monitor project timelines and work flow
Strong understanding of Client/Agency relationship
Skilled in presenting to company management and clients at most senior level
Actively participate in development of corporate culture and agency integration
Travel and attend events as needed

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or communications
Minimum of 2 years of account management and shopper/promotional experience (You must have agency experience (shopper, traditional, or social/digital)
Solid organizational and communication skills
Computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Mac software a plus)
