As such, we’re hiring a Digital Producer to help take our agency to new heights, depths, and horizons.

The perfect candidate will have an eye for emerging technologies and digital innovations and possess practical knowledge in the areas of technology and digital project management. This person will be both organized and proactive, as well as a student of new technology and marketing trends.


  • Work as the Digital Producer / Project Manager for brand digital engagement programs on a national financial services brand
  • Provide technical documentation and business requirements for projects in planning
  • Work directly with colleagues across all functional teams (Account Services, Creative, Strategy, Creative, Planning and Production) to deliver digital projects on time and on budget
  • Develop, maintain and execute workable project plans. Plans should include tasks, milestones, dependencies, work-effort, duration and resource-allocation across functional teams
  • Actively manage multiple projects while remaining flexible enough for requirements to shift at a moment’s notice
  • Clearly identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate and communicate project risks
  • Forecast, track and manage project budgets, SOWs, POs and invoices in relation to projects
  • Coordinate internally and with the client to ensure effective exchange of project requirements, information and deliverables 
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript, API’s technical application architecture
  • Understanding of emerging technologies and how they will apply to our business (e.g. augmented reality, virtual reality, blockchain, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, tag management, and common media tracking methodologies
  • Comfortable leading calls with technical and non-technical teams
  • Understanding of accessibility and privacy requirements
  • Source and coordinate the efforts of third-party vendors, creating and managing budgets and ensuring that proposed creative concepts can be produced within specified timeframes and budgets.
  • Provide exceptional production management and quality assurance skills; must thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment, be a self-starter with strong multi-tasking abilities, and have meticulous attention to detail.


  • 1- 3 years digital project management or digital production experience
  • Agency experience preferred project management or production team or relatable account service experience qualifications
  • Preferred background in or strong knowledge of technical development and production
  • A bachelor’s degree or higher with a strong academic record
  • Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple projects at a time
  • Ability to develop and adhere to detailed project timelines
  • Ability to understand and develop project documentation such as SOWs, production requests and information architecture
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of project management principles and techniques
  • Experience managing productive relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Professional & personable communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
  • Understanding and interest in latest internet technologies and digital innovation
  • Keen attention to detail, and strong digital visual aesthetic skills in relation to UX and layout
  • Ability to travel
  • Creative / Design Collaboration; Experience working with in-house creative staff as part of a
  • complete production marrying creative and marketing with technical elements
