We are seeking a passionate, well-rounded and ambitious AccountExecutive for CSR focused marketing projects on our growing, award-winning team.

Proactively manage project timelines, deadlines and work flows
Responsible for direct conference reports, status reports and tracking of changes, approvals and direction from internal and external meetings
Contribute to development of client-facing deliverables such as POVs, presentation decks and program reports
Ability to analyze program results beyond reporting direct metrics
Update and participate in weekly status calls/reports with client and agency partners
Effectively manage and motivate cross-functional and agency resource teams
Coordinate vendor relationships and purchases
Monitor industry trends to support team/client/business needs
Conduct site visits and on-site client management, often on weekends due to event dates
Support cross-functional team: Creative, planning, digital, experiential builds. Additionally TMA has a large remote execution team that requires detailed and clear communication to leverage correctly.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or related field
2-3 years of advertising, PR, experiential or promotional background including relevant internships
Exhibit strong verbal and written business communication as well as presentation skills
Solid understanding and management of client/agency relationship
Collaborative team player while exhibiting a high level of personal responsibility and commitment
Detail-oriented and thorough in completing tasks and projects
Solid organizational and problem-solving skills
Anticipates potential questions, problems and barriers with solutions-oriented thinking
Ability to think strategically, stay level-headed and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
