As such, we’re hiring a Digital Producer to help take our agency to new heights, depths, and horizons. The perfect candidate will have an eye for emerging technologies and digital innovations and possess practical knowledge in the areas of digital project management. This person will be both organized and proactive, as well as a student of new technology and marketing trends.
Work as the Digital Producer / Project Manager for brand digital engagement programs on national CPG brands
Provide technical documentation and business requirements for projects in planning
Work directly with colleagues across all functional teams (Account Services, Creative, Strategy, Planning and Production) to deliver digital projects on time and on budget
Directly manage and grow vendor relationships to deliver projects on strategy and budget
Develop, maintain and execute workable project plans. Plans should include tasks, milestones, dependencies, work-effort, duration and resource-allocation across functional teams
Actively manage multiple projects across multiple clients while remaining flexible enough for requirements to shift at a moment’s notice
Clearly identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate and communicate project risks
Forecast, track and manage project budgets, SOWs, POs and invoices in relation to projects
Coordinate internally and with the client to ensure effective exchange of project requirements, information and deliverables
Understanding of emerging technologies and how they will apply to our business (e.g. augmented reality, virtual reality, blockchain, etc.)
Knowledge of Google Analytics, tag management, and common media tracking methodologies
Comfortable leading calls with technical and non-technical teams
Entry level- 3 years digital project management or digital production experience
Agency experience preferred project management or production team or relatable account service experience qualifications
A bachelor’s degree or higher with a strong academic record
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational skills with an objective-oriented focus
Experience overseeing full project lifecycles, from concept to delivery
Preferred background in or strong knowledge of technical development and production
Proven experience managing multiple projects and workflows at a time
Ability to develop, communicate and adhere to detailed project plans
Ability to understand and develop project documentation such as SOWs, production requests and information architecture
Adaptable to change within a fast-moving environment
Strong knowledge and understanding of project management principles and techniques
Experience managing productive relationships with colleagues, clients and vendors
Professional & personable communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
Understanding and interest in latest internet technologies and digital innovation
Keen attention to detail, and strong digital visual aesthetic skills in relation to UX and layout
