Job Overview:

We are looking for an Apprentice for our Consumer Engagement (CE) Strategy team.

You will support the Strategy team for CE and work closely with multiple internal teams; Account, Creative, and Operations with the opportunity to experience the process and rigor behind developing creative solutions to our clients’ business problems across a portfolio of 40 different clients.

You should have a passion for emerging technologies, digital innovations and possess practical knowledge in the areas of social, digital technology, and mobile strategy. Responsibilities:

  • Research and report on all social media trends (algorithm updates, targeting techniques, influencer marketing, etc.) and monitor all ongoing competitive analysis.
  • Generate monthly assets (POV’s, How-To’s, Blogs, Newsletter Content, etc.).
  • Aid in developing strategic social/digital plans focused on driving engagement around client engagement.
  • Develop and deliver presentations on learnings.
  • Ad-hoc tasks such as, but not limited to; Weekly reporting, cleaning up product lists for promotions, managing websites/landing pages and texting plans, quality control as needed, helping with production.

Qualifications:

  • Education - Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, advertising or business
  • Interest in strategy with exposure to one or more of the following; sponsorship-driven social media campaigns, integrations with talent and influencers, holistic digital marketing strategies.
  • A thought leader in developing trends of traditional and digital technology; Familiar with all social media marketing platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter) how they work, and the best use cases for each.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; presentation experience to senior executives, as well as being a thought leader in digital marketing (white papers, industry trade articles, etc.). 
  • You are the perfect candidate if you are; curious, organized, thoughtful, responsible, detail oriented, and have the ability to multi-task.
