The Marketing Arm, a next-generation consumer engagement agency with offices in Dallas, LA, Chicago, NYC, Wilton, CT and Irvine, CA is looking for motivated, smart, creative candidates who want to be part of one of the best programs in the industry. In this role, you will work with senior leadership to support the TMA NEXT Team – our innovation arm of the agency. You will gain a broad, wholistic view of The Marketing Arm, working across many of our Entertainment, Sports and Consumer brand clients.
This is an operations/business focused role. There will also be exposure and collaboration with our agency Creative and Account teams.Responsibilities:
Become TMA NEXT’s point of contact for all internal TMA teams (Operations, Finance, HR)
Assist in drafting scopes of work and client contracts
Develop and maintain TMA NEXT’s budget and operating/financial models
Assist with vendor invoices for agency partners
Process Estimates, Purchase Orders, and Expenses
Occasionally help facilitate brainstorms and manage TMA’s network of freelance Creatives
Must possess at least intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint/Keynote
Advanced-level in Excel (Pivot tables, macro’s and/or if statements? – We’re talking to you!)
Analytical thinker, comfortable with math, exceptionally-organized and extremely detail-oriented
Smart, self-starter who solves problems and takes initiative with the ability to work as a team
Ability to plan and perform assigned duties within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Curious, inquisitive, fast-learner
Must have completed a degree in a related field (Marketing /Business Management /Advertising)
Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
