We are looking for an Account and Digital Project Manager Apprentice who wants to learn creative concepts and technical approaches and helping oversee the logistical implementation of digital creative projects. You are someone who likes checking things off an orderly, well-organized to-do list and learning the ins-and-outs of one of the top clients. You will have ownership of managing the successful implementation of company-wide processes and procedures. And will get an in-depth look into the daily workings of all aspects of social campaigns for a client that is making a difference in the world. You would also help conceptualize approaches to creative challenges and design the strategic planning phases on.
Create project plans, timelines, and manage day-to-day tasks
Assisting in managing internal team and client expectations, communicating updates and project progress
Sitting in creative reviews with the client and design team, vetting and communicating feedback
Learning how to manage incoming client requests, fielding questions and determining appropriate strategic solutions
Plan out development sprints and oversee deployments
Ensure that all project materials, documentation, and assets are organized properly
Advise during strategy phase to create project vision and execution plans
Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
Must have completed or finalizing a degree in a related field
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a small team
Strong communication skills
Strong ability to stay organized juggling multiple projects, and creatively problem-solve to keep projects on track
Familiarity or interest with project management methodologies
A desire to work with a talented team of people committed to making their jobs as fun and producing great social media creative for a client that is dedicated to making the world a better place
