Job Overview: 

The Marketing Arm is looking for experienced Brand Ambassadors Nationwide to represent a prominent consumer entertainment/gaming brand by creating buzz and driving sales.  Candidates should possess previous promotional experience, be able to effectively create engaging live brand experiences and communicate talking points to consumers.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include becoming an expert on our client’s product and memorize key messaging, capturing detailed feedback from consumer interactions and creating a memorable brand experience at a high-traffic mall property during the holiday season throughout activation.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Consistent outgoing and enthusiastic demeanor
  • Connecting with consumers in a meaningful way
  • Interacting with families and kids
  • Demo & push retail of all products
  • Keeping footprint in top condition throughout every shift
  • Reporting required statistics accurately throughout every shift

Qualifications:

Timing: Program will run from approximately November 10 through approximately December 16, 2018.

Candidates MUST be available for the ENTIRE duration of the program; including holidays.

  • Minimum 1 year event marketing/promotional experience
  • Approachable appearance; clean shaven and no visible tattoos
  • Previous experience working with technology brands; knowledge/experience with video games is a plus
  • Outgoing and friendly personalities with great public speaking skills
  • Professional demeanor and communication skills (e-mail, telephone, in-person)
  • Great customer service
  • Access to a reliable vehicle/transportation
  • Access to a cell phone/smartphone and computer
  • Ability to work standing up for 6 – 12 hour activations
  • Ability to work with a variety of personalities
  • “Can do” attitude & a passion for excellence
  • Experience with crowd control
  • All candidates must have two qualified and reliable references
  • All candidates must be dependable, reliable and committed to the ENTIRE program time frame
  • Must live in assigned market, no relocation or travel compensation provided
  • Ability to pass drug test and background check
  • Multilingual a plus

Training:

  • Must be available for a fly-in/fly-out training prior to start of program to be considered for position (Tentatively scheduled 11/4-11/7)
  • Travel and expenses compensated
