At The Infatuation, our unique brand voice influences every single piece of copy we write. We have an editorial team that creates our restaurant reviews and guides, but there’s a ton of other text we publish on a daily basis that also needs to stay on brand and sound like us. This includes everything from marketing emails to the EEEEEATSCON website to branded Instagram captions.
We’re looking for a skilled copywriter who knows The Infatuation brand well, to take the lead on tackling all these projects, while still staying true to our style guide. This role will report to our Creative Director and sit within the larger Creative Department, but will spend the first 3-6 months training with our editorial team to really perfect the voice.
Marketing copy including emails, signage, etc.
Captions for branded social campaigns, working with Partnerships team and brands to execute
Select newsletter inclusions for our brand partners
Events copy including invitations, RSVPs, etc.
Content for our EEEEEATSCON website and other micro pages
Owning copy on the company “about” page and staff bios
3-5 years experience copywriting experience, ideally from an agency background
Understanding of the Infatuation voice and passion for the brand
Interest in restaurant discovery
Snappy, entertaining writing style and ability to balance irreverence and utility
Comfort writing across a variety of formats - email, social, web, print/signage
Ability to work with numerous teams, with competing deadlines
