THE ICONIC Brand team is responsible for managing marketing campaigns and key relationships with a variety of fashion partner brands across Australia and New Zealand. The team works to understand our partners’ objectives and, in response, proactively develops and executes commercial marketing solutions.

The role of Marketing Manager is focused on delivering and growing our relationships with brand partners and managing campaigns through paid, owned, and earned channels. The role reports to our Senior Marketing Manager - Fashion and works closely with both category management and our owned channel leaders.

What's involved…

  • Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure the successful and timely delivery of key brand and brand partner projects;
  • Assist in development of creative briefs and marketing plans that utilise consumer, shopper, category and customer data and insights to deliver activity for THE ICONIC and brand partners
  • Develop mutual relationships with all internal and external stakeholders, such as the customer marketing, category management, and creative teams, as well as partner brands
  • Responsible for managing the marketing activity that THE ICONIC executes in collaboration with a portfolio of our key strategic brand partners
  • Act as the primary custodian of strong relationships with our brand partners
  • Create bespoke marketing campaigns for key partner brands
  • End-to-end campaign management with delivery of post-campaign analysis and reporting to internal stakeholders and brand partners
  • Budget management and reporting to provide transparency on investment and ROI 
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams to ensure commercial objectives are delivered across channels
  • Work with internal production and editorial content team to produce and develop content and concept imagery for campaigns to deliver ongoing customer engagement
  • Support the buying team with brand acquisition pitches

About you…

  • Previous experience in a Brand Partnership/Marketing Manager position, ideally with fashion brands 
  • Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills and/or account management experience
  • A broad marketing skill-set with creative flair to add value in creative brainstorming and campaign concepting
  • Highly organised with multi-tasking skills second-to-none
  • Highly developed communication, stakeholder and project management skills
  • Proven track record in successfully leading cross-functional project teams
  • Analytical and data-driven with very strong reporting skills
  • Customer-first mentality
  • Experience in the digital/online space with a passion for social media and owned and earned channels
  • Team player, highly collaborative
