Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Program Manager to join our dynamic team and lead critical cross-functional projects. Reporting directly to our Chief of Staff to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our organization. At TheFork, the CEO Office team plays a crucial role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives that propel the company forward. We collaborate extensively with various teams and leadership to shape and implement our strategic goals. In this role, you will leverage your strategic and project management skills to drive business performance and strengthen TheFork's leadership in the market.

What You'll Do:

In summary:

  • Lead OKRs Program Management: Implement and manage the OKRs framework across the organization, ensuring alignment with company objectives and strategic goals.
  • Oversee Cross-Functional Projects: Manage and drive critical projects that span multiple departments, ensuring customer value and business impact.
  • Collaborate with Leaders: Work closely with leaders from all departments—across product, technology, sales, marketing, operations, and support functions—to shape initiatives, align key results, and ensure value generation.
  • Provide Strategic Insights: Participate in the definition of company strategy and annual plans, offering insights and recommendations to support decision-making across a broad range of strategic matters, such as competitive positioning, new business opportunities, product differentiation, and more.
  • Facilitate Communication: Ensure regular visibility and communication to leadership on the progress of OKRs and strategic projects, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement within the organization.
  • Support Escalation and Conflict Resolution: Act as a point of escalation for project-related issues and support in resolving conflicts to maintain project momentum.

 

In detail:

 

  • Lead OKRs Framework:
    • Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of the OKRs framework across the company.
    • Facilitate the alignment of departmental OKRs with the company’s strategic objectives.
    • Provide support to leaders to ensure effective use of the OKRs methodology.
  • Program Management:
    • Lead strategic cross-functional projects that are aligned with the company plan and OKRs.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to unlock new heights of performance and innovation.
    • Ensure critical initiatives are delivered on time and generate significant value for customers and create substantial business impact.
    • Work closely with leaders from all departments to accelerate execution.
  • Strategic Involvement:
    • Participate in the definition of company strategy and annual plans.
    • Work closely with the Chief of Staff to the CEO and other senior leaders to shape and drive strategic initiatives.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on project outcomes, OKRs performance, external market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence.
  • Communication and Reporting:
    • Regularly report on OKRs progress and project status to the CEO and the executive leadership team.
    • Facilitate regular check-ins and reviews to ensure alignment and progress towards goals.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to keep them informed and engaged.

 

Who You Are:

  • Experience: 8-10 years of experience in in-house strategy, top-tier management consulting, or similar roles. Experience in the digital/tech marketplace business (B2C and B2B) is highly appreciated.
  • Skilled Leader: Proven track record of leading highly impactful, cross-functional projects and driving alignment across teams.
  • Strategic Thinker: Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to align projects and initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Proactive Problem Solver: Skilled in identifying issues, proposing solutions, and driving resolution. Ability to simplify complex problems, create pragmatic solutions, and find shortcuts.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
  • Excellent Communicator: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to create compelling presentations and reports for executive audiences and collaborate with senior leadership.
  • Customer-Centric: Empathetic mindset with excellent listening skills.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Adaptable and Agile: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage change effectively.
  • Passionate and Dedicated: Passion for our mission and for the restaurant industry. Deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities of digital marketplace businesses.
  • Educational Background: Degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
