What you will do: 

Within the Italian Local Marketing Team - as an intern in the Go To Market team - you will work closely to the others to build the best restaurant offer and to provide the best experience to our community of diners. To strengthen TheFork leadership position in Italy and to support the revenues growth, you will work on the marketing mix and in strong collaboration with the Sales and the Account Managers teams.

 

Responsibilities

Relevance and quality of our restaurant offer:

  • Give support to the other GTM Analysts to improve the relevancy and the quality of the restaurant offer in their area of responsibility (North, Center, South & Island)
  • Help to identify and to qualify the restaurants in each area (sourcing, segmentation…) 
  • Analyze the business performances based on the existing indicators and propose new lines of analysis and concrete action plans to improve or adapt the strategy
  • Work together with the Sales and Account Managers teams to increase the revenues of each area
  • Support the rest of the local marketing team by providing nice restaurant selections to run marketing activities (social, performance marketing etc.)

 

Content and Experience:

  • Manage the quality of our B2C content (photos, tags, restaurant selections, wordings)

 

Requirements:

  • You have a Bachelor/Master degree
  • You bring project management skills: autonomy, proactivity, job management
  • Analytical skills and capabilities to model and understand data and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience in using a range of marketing tools to influence and improve business KPI’s
  • Strong interest in the Food and Restaurant industry
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to thrive under minimal guidance
  • Enjoys team work
  • Excellent Italian and fluent in English (spoken and written - additional languages are a plus).
