Essential duties

  • Responsible for optimizing our B2B go-to-market for effectiveness and efficiency
  • Lead formulating long-term vision and developing annual GTM strategic plan, partnering with Regional Heads, Marketing, Sales Ops, and Product
  • Challenge, monitor & adapt GTM and analyze opportunities, providing competitive analysis, strategies, and tactics
  • Improve organizational understating of market dynamics including competition and customers, and champion ad-hoc projects for deep dive investigations
  • Organize and drive roll-out of strategy through collaboration with key functions and facilitate regular reviews
  • Assess internal structure, process, and resources deployment for continuous improvement
  • Identify improvement areas in GTM activities encompassing lead generation, marcom, sales productivity, customer care, etc.
  • Guide the local and central sales teams work more efficiently with well-designed territory and account management plan for exceeding targets
  • Create common platforms sharing best practice and improving collective capabilities
  • Develop tools to improve individual sales productivity and effectiveness including pitch, closing, and objections handling

Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in sales management, commercial strategic planning, or regional business management
  • Familiarity with various sales models, including high-velocity, transactional sales as well as solutions selling
  • Proven track record of improving sales performance in multi-territory, international setting
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with high degree of comfort dealing with ambiguity
  • Outstanding organizational and project management
  • Excellent stakeholder management with persuasive communication
  • Understanding of online marketplace and SaaS business model
  • Familiarity with various sales methodology and sales process
