What you will do:

 

Take our brand and communication strategies to a new level

  • Planning, coordination and execution of brand building projects
  • Plan and manage content for social media channels, blogs and press releases, and assess performance on a periodical basis
  • Identify and test new and relevant communication channels
  • Support with the organization of B2B & B2C events and trade fairs
  • Engage and recruit influencers to become our brand ambassadors
  • Build and maintain relationships with press & media representatives
  • Localize global campaigns to ensure market relevance

 

Be proactive to propose initiatives that increase the productivity and the performance of the team

  • Work with your manager to define clear and measurable objectives and build concrete action plans
  • Report relevant KPIs and uncover new insights
  • Understand and share market trends and conditions to actively pitch new ideas

 

Interact efficiently internally to support the team in their daily activity

  • Transparent and regular communication with your team members to provide a clear overview of your activities: risks, opportunities etc.
  • Regularly liaise with all the other departments to define activities and plans to improve communication and brand performance
  • Weekly touchpoint with B2B teams to have a clear understanding of their strategic and operational needs

 

Who you are:


Essential Requirements

  • Work location: Hamburg or Vienna office
  • 2+ years of experience working in communications, PR, Social Media, content creation and/or brand management
  • Fully computer literate - MS Office (medium level of Excel skills required);
  • Language: native German and fluent English
  • Superb communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Autonomous and familiar to work with KPIs and targets
  • Analytical and creative mind, able to identify business needs and build action plans to address them
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with a hands-on approach and demonstrated ability to multi-task
  • Excellent organizational ability, with an ability to multitask, prioritize and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent decision-making skills and to handle stressful situations calmly

 

Desirable Requirements

  • Interest in the gastronomy world
  • Contacts to relevant media & influencers in Germany and/or Austria
  • Experience with Media Monitoring tools such as Meltwater & CRM systems such as Adobe Campaign and Salesforce
