Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure the successful delivery of projects while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
  • Deep knowledge and proficiency in program management tools and templates for setting up programs or matrixes 
  • Develop and maintain project plans and schedules
  • Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, including senior management, department leaders, or external partners
  • Driving decision
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
  • Drive project teams to achieve objectives and deliverables
  • Facilitate decision-making and resolve conflicts within the project or program team
  • Manage project scope, change requests, and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a program or project manager, with experience managing complex, cross-functional projects
  • Experience in technology and/or biotechnology industry
  • Highly organized with strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice-to-have (but not required)

  • PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus

Pay Range: $105,562 - $125,059

At EVERY™ pay ranges are subject to change and assigned to a job based on the location specific market median of similar jobs according to 3rd party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within that range can vary for several reasons including skills/capabilities, experience, and available budget.
