About the role

The Director of Global Marketing, Workplace plays a pivotal role in driving our company's growth by developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that align with our business objectives. You will lead a team of talented marketers, oversee all marketing initiatives, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of campaigns and programs. This is a senior-level position that requires exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving results.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Global Enterprise  Marketing Strategy: Create and implement a marketing strategy tailored to our Workplace needs, focusing on increasing brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. 
  • Campaign Optimization: Lead the development, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, content marketing, email marketing, social media, events, and public relations.
  • Data Analysis and Campaign Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data-driven insights to enhance results and guide strategic decisions.
  • Team Leadership and Mentorship: Build and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Set clear goals and provide guidance and support to team members.
  • Demand Generation: Develop and implement demand generation strategies to attract high-quality leads and support sales efforts effectively.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales and product leadership teams to create impactful messaging and positioning for SaaS products and services.
  • Performance Metrics and Analytics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing analytics frameworks to evaluate marketing effectiveness. Provide stakeholders with regular performance reports and insights into marketing ROI.
  • Budget Management: Collaborate with the Head of Marketing Ops to develop and manage the marketing budget, allocate resources for optimal impact, and ensure budget compliance.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate marketing strategies, initiatives, and outcomes to executive leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders, presenting marketing plans and progress clearly.

Essential Criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a senior marketing leadership role.
  • Proven success in crafting and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive significant business growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, email, and advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership abilities, with experience building high-performing marketing teams.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Results-oriented, with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and ROI.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience in a SaaS environment
  • Experience in Enterprise technology solutions marketing
