Jobandtalent is a leading on-demand staffing marketplace, being the first business that integrates the complete process of selecting, hiring and managing the workforce all from a mobile app. The automation of this process, and our proprietary “matching technology”, allows us to offer a faster and higher-quality service, at a much more competitive rate in comparison to the rest of the traditional industry players.

We currently have offices located in the UK, Spain, Germany, Sweden, Mexico and Colombia, with plans to further expand to France and Italy by the end of the year - therefore chasing a combined market of more than USD $100 billion. We count on a rock-solid triple A core team with professionals coming from Uber, Rocket Internet, Yahoo, EA, Betfair and McKinsey, among others.

The company received USD $42 million in a Series B investment round led by Atomico in 2016. Prior to that, Jobandtalent has been backed by some of the most prominent Spanish VCs, such as Kibo Ventures and Qualitas Equity Partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the commercial growth by establishing long-term commercial partnerships with key customers
  • Take responsibilities for the country P&L and overall financial and business results
  • Increase office efficiency whilst maintaining our rapidly increasing sales growth rates
  • Expand the brand by launching new cities within the country
  • Coordinate and lead the team into achieving the company's objectives with flawless execution
  • Accomplish and exceed regional and personal goals at a national and regional level
  • Improve the quality of our offer by continuously adapting the value proposition to the SE market

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of proven experience in management position
  • Previous experience in startups
  • Entrepreneurial and bootstrapping mind-set
  • Excellent team management skills
  • Strong analytics and strategic thinking
  • Highly energetic with a “hands on / getting things done” attitude, capable of transmitting enthusiasm to both the clients and team
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and manage multiple project/deals simultaneously
  • Result-driven as well as excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • Native or bilingual English speaker
  • Commercial business acumen will be valuable
