As a Treasury Associate you will be the right hand to our Treasury Manager and be responsible for operational tasks across ACT's different business entities. You will have flexibility, trust, and responsibility from the start, as well as an opportunity to take charge of specific projects. You will be a part of a growing company in a dynamic environment, where you get to make an impact in helping shape the compliance department.

 

What you'll be doing

  • Account openings and closings
  • Opening of stand-by letters of credit and guarantees
  • Analysing month-end and year-end bank costs, transactions, and balances
  • Building and managing reports on FX exposure
  • Electronic bank management
  • Maintenance of debit and credit cards
  • Providing general service and stakeholder management
  • Working with our IT department on relevant Treasury project management tasks
  • Aid in standardizing and documentation of procedures
  • Developing FX hedging strategies

 

Who you are 

  • Graduated an Accounting, Economics, or Business related study
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Excel, VBA experience is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and FX rates
  • Comfortable with high-paced, stressful environments
  • Structured individual with great attention to detail
  • Able to work autonomously and proactively
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
