After several years of outsourcing our IT systems, we started to build on our own in-house IT team in 2019. Our IT team is responsible for the global IT landscape within the company and desires to further strengthen the solid base that has already been laid out. We continuously evolve in all the segments of the IT areas to fulfil the constant demands of the trading floor and bring new techniques and technologies for efficient trading. What you'll do

  • Windows Administration including on-premise Windows AD, Azure and hybrid systems
  • Maintaining Azure Cloud along with vendors and inhouse developers for continuous improvements
  • Maintain/support, optimize, and troubleshoot MS 365 (including Exchange Online) tools using your proven track record
  • Define, document and share best-practice knowledge amongst IT Support and other related teams
  • Assist in-house IT Support team by being second line support and creating documentation of various IT systems
  • End-user support for various IT related requests and issues using our ticketing system (Jira)


Who you are

  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar role preferably in the finance domain
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT & Business or equivalent
  • Self-motivated with strong stakeholder communications skills with a result-oriented approach to solving problems
  • MCSE and/or Azure certifications are a must have and ITIL is a good to have
  • Experience in managing  Windows AD/Azure AD, Azure Cloud and other admin related activities
  • Very good understanding of various Microsoft licenses, Office 365 and Exchange online/Sharepoint/Teams and their troubleshooting
  • Experience to move workloads from On - Premises AD to Azure Cloud and identifying and troubleshooting issues in migration
  • Experience on creating and updating the PowerShell Scripts for automation with AD/Azure cloud, Sharepoint and exchange online
  • Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the support and other related teams with preferably JIRA/Confluence tools or any other similar tools
