The HR Recruitment Analyst is a new global role for ACT Commodities. You will take our critical data analytics and reporting to the next level to help us make sure we are making data driven decisions. You will manage end-to-end projects, from solution design, data analysis, and best practice implementation. You will provide analytical support for HR/Recruitment by building meaningful actionable data that will drive proactive decision making.

With your excellence in critical thinking and analysis, you will help shape the future of ACT HR & Recruitment; working closely to partner with other areas of the business.


What you’ll be doing

  • Developing an understanding of our HR and Recruitment systems in order to assess which data will be valuable to derive insights and action from
  • Developing new techniques to process large data sets in a systematic fashion
  • Interpreting data into actionable insights for the HR & Recruitment teams
  • Building dashboards (or progress reports) that enable our HR & Recruiter teams to understand our business data, assess functional business performance, and develop targeted action plans
  • Taking responsibility for how we organize and manage our data, to ensure that we are compliant with relevant data privacy and data protection policies and regulations
  • Managing improvements and incidents through our HRIS and ATS, including communication with third party vendors
  • Providing training to the team


Who you are

  • Bachelor or Master’s in a relevant field
  • 2 - 3 years relevant working experience with a genuine interest in data and relevant IT competencies
  • Proficient in Outlook 365 and MS Office
  • A data driven mindset
  • Passion in bringing a data driven and insight based approach
  • Ability to communicate technical and non-technical information to the team
  • Excellent verbal and written English
