Who we are

ACT helps organizations hit their climate targets, no matter how ambitious. Since founding in 2009, we have become a reliable partner for high-impact climate projects that generate carbon credits, energy efficiency projects and certificates, experts in renewable electricity and gas markets, renewable fuels, and emission allowances. ACT enables its partners to pursue sustainable futures.

At ACT, software engineering is done in-house for internal stakeholders. This is enabling a fast paced growth of the company. We optimize business processes by automating them as much as possible. We achieve this in close collaboration with business stakeholders. Throughout the company, there’s an atmosphere of entrepeneurship. We’re a multi-cultural company of pragmatic people who enjoy getting things done and making an impact.

Our engineering values

We believe in giving engineers the freedom and final responsibility. Constant self-improvement and growth is an important part of that. This ranges from improving the way we collaborate, to continuously improve the quality of your deliverables and taking ownership of DevOps and architecture.

ACT provides trainings which teach communication skills, such as how to recognize and avoid defensiveness. There is an in-house life coach, who is available to meet in the office, for individual or team coaching. We greatly value an environment of openness and honesty.
