What you’ll do:

  • Identify new business opportunities & partnerships through outbound lead generation, research, and prospecting for the environmental commodity markets
  • Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methods
  • Identify customers’ current and potential needs through a methodical discovery process
  • Map identified customer needs to the applicable service offerings and develop strategies to effectively articulate market-based solutions and value add
  • Monitor and attend meetings with prospects while handling the introductions and follow-up with consultants
  • Attend product training conferences and develop an understanding of our communication infrastructure 


Who you are:

  • Undergraduate Degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Environmental/Sustainability Studies or a related field
  • 0-2 years of relevant sales or business development experience
  • Dynamic, tenacious, problem solver with an intrinsic interest in sustainability
  • Highly self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced work environment and demonstrates a flexible and adaptable work style that responds quickly
  • Ambitious, innovative and team-oriented; this highly valued role will require an intelligent professional with a commercial skillset and an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Presentation and client communication skills are essential
