Summary: 

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone eager to begin their marketing career and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. A Marketing Assistant will support our marketing efforts through a variety of tasks, while providing a high level of administrative support for the ongoing marketing efforts of the Tenstreet Marketing team. They will also help create and maintain materials needed for internal communication and external marketing strategies.  

This is a remote/on-site hybrid opportunity! Our corporate location is in Tulsa and being in office will be required for at least 1 interview, onboarding, seasonal events, and monthly all-company meetings.

As a Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for: 

  • Providing ongoing assistance to the marketing team, ensuring the success of various marketing initiatives and campaigns. 
  • Working closely with marketing team members to coordinate tasks and support their efforts in achieving departmental goals. 
  • Managing monthly marketing calendar that includes website updates, webinars, blog release, social announcements, conferences, login notices, emails, etc. 
  • Assisting in various writing and editing tasks, including email campaigns, login notices, blogs, user guides, cutsheets, social, and other marketing collateral. 
  • Maintaining and organizing Tenstreet’s marketing collateral library, ensuring team members have access to the most up-to-date product information. 
  • Moderating app reviews and website comments (routing to the right team when necessary). 
  • Assisting with the planning and execution of marketing and training webinars. 
  • Working closely with Sales Ops to help in inbound lead management and tracking efforts.  
  • Attending weekly meetings with Sales and Advisory to be a liaison for marketing, communicating and sharing information bi-directionally.  
  • Responding to and resolving client and co-worker requests and questions, including educating new Tenstreet employees on where to find marketing resources. 
  • Orchestrating effective coordination, communications, and management of projects to ensure completeness. 
  • Contributing to brainstorming sessions, offering creative ideas and solutions to support team initiatives. 
  • Working  with other team members on a variety of ad hoc assignments.
