Tenet3® is seeking a Systems Administrator to join our team in Dayton, Ohio. As a Systems Administrator, you will join the team that is responsible for:
- Internal Services Administration. We maintain our own server room and deliver services that are critical to the company’s success (like Gitlab).
- End-User Support. We ensure our fleet of Apple Products provide a productive and secure environment for our team members. We support them via a ticketing system.
- Network Management. We provide connectivity and security for our hybrid workforce.
Your initial contributions will be primarily in the End-User Support Category, but your work will expand to all 3 categories when qualified.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics or a similar discipline. One year of college education is equivalent to two years of relevant work experience.
- Eligibility for DoD Security Clearance.
- Experience managing Apple Devices.Excellent Linux Administration Skills.
- Familiarity with Business Networks: VLANs, Wireless Access Points, DNS, TLS, and Proxies.
- Ability to support team members’ IT requests with a user-focused mindset.
- Willingness to learn new things and the tenacity to conquer difficult problems.
Preferred qualifications:
- 6 years of relevant experience;
- Active DoD Secret or Top Secret security clearance.
- Knowledge of IT security practices such as least-privilege, encryption and key management.
- Experience in any of the following technologies:
- Docker/Podman
- Docker Compose
- Ansible
- Fortinet
- Xen
- JAMF / Apple Business Manager
- Gitlab

This is an in-office position, located in Dayton Ohio. Some ability to work from home in the Dayton area is available on a flexible basis. Paid relocation available to the Dayton region
