• Build L&D Framework for SEA and programs to identify workforce capabilities, skills and competencies requirements and execution strategies to ensure uptake of such programs to develop employees
  • Curate various Training/Learning Needs Analysis and influencing the various business groups to take up on Learning and have it as a key priority
  • Leadership Coaching (Managerial Levels) - Equipping new managers with the skillsets to manage teams effectively, groom other leaders and to represent Tencent in the external market
  • Deliver and continuously redefine the Orientation/Onboarding experience and participate in planning of employee engagement activities
  • Draw equally upon own personal expertise and experience, as well as resources from HQ, in developing localized L&D programs
  • Work with Tencents various business groups in evaluating individual and organizational development needs across the region
  • Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
  • Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings that enhance employee satisfaction and productivity
  • Assess the success and use of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities

Requirements

  • More than 5 years of experience in L&D
  • Current knowledge the industry and effective learning and development methods
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
  • Proficient in MS Office and experience with some type of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; Fluency in mandarin a plus
  • Ability to build rapport with employees, vendors and other stakeholders in South East Asia and China
  • BSc/BA in Business, Psychology or a related field a plus
  • Professional certification (e.g. CPLP) is a plus
