Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle and support in daily HR Operations in employee lifecycle such as onboarding, offboarding, internal transferring
  • Gather and ensure all HR records and documents are electronically stored in various systems or internal folders
  • Ensure accuracy of employee data in various systems or internal folders, while remaining compliant with GDPR
  • Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like Workday system implementation, cultural events organization, collection of employee feedback, gathering training needs, updating staff handbooks etc.;
  • Back up and support all other kinds of HR administration tasks and related requests (Documents, letters, amendments).
  • Coordinate internal communications to support HR initiatives such as monthly meetings, annually HR workshops, all hands meetings etc.,


Who we are looking for

  • Working towards a bachelor's degree or above (HR or related major is highly preferred), with strong interests in a career in Human Resources
  • Must be available for a minimum of 24 hrs a week, based in or around Amsterdam
  • Flexible and service-oriented, team-player with excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in English (Dutch is a plus but not a must)
  • Pro-active team player and strong sense of ownership with integrity
  • Eye for details to maintain the accuracy of data
  • Outstanding people skills in our truly international environment
  • Great work ethics, eager to learn, open for feedback with growth mindset
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with discretion
  • A passion for technology, startups, and most importantly, a can-do attitude. Negativity will not fly!
