Role & Responsibilities

  • Working as a member of the WEU IEGG HR team, driving improved people metrics across the business.
  • Supporting the effective and robust annual HR processes, including but not limited to performance, promotion, employee engagement and any other HR processes.
  • Providing effective HRBP operational support to business planning, HC planning and any other HR projects to drive and promote business success. Partnering with Line Managers and employees on all people related matters with support and advice from the HR team.
  • Coordinating and collaborating with the local HR platform team as to ensure an effective HR operational support to all EU employees.
  • Providing effective HR support to ensuring the overall employee experience for the entire HR cycle. Providing effective and legally sound Employee Relations hands on support.
  • Providing HR operational support to Senior HRBP as to ensure the overall WEU HR strategies and plans will be implemented, reviewed, and improved.
  • Providing effective HR planning and operational support to different HR matters as when required.
  • Getting involved in other HR projects within the IEGG function as when required.

Key Requirements

  • 5-8 years' experience as end-to-end cycle HR generalist or HRBP, with solid knowledge and understanding of HR laws and practices of at least one of the key EU countries.
  • Demonstratable experience within the many disciplines of HR including Performance Management, Reward, Talent Management, Employee Relations etc.
  • Able to be working in a fast-paced working environment. Ability to respond and act quickly
  • Demonstrate strong cross-cultural skills, open-minded, flexible, and adaptable.
  • Willing to learn and adopt corporate culture.
  • Comfortable working in an agile working environment.
  • Perseverance and Self-motivation.
