Job Responsibilities

  • Communicate and coordinate with the cooperation partner.
  • Design peripheral systems of the product, including but not limited to around game system, progression system, social module and monetization, etc.
  • Analyzing user requirement and data feedback to support solutions for problems.


Job Requirements

  • 5 years or above experience as a game designer.
  • Passionate about competitive games.
  • R&D experience of competitive games is preferred.
  • Have participated in the full dev process of at least 1 game (PC or mobile) that is already launched/successful in the market.
  • Proficient in the dev work flow of a comprehensive game product.
  • Have in-depth understanding of the working manner of engineering and art.
  • Excellent in team collaboration, communication and execution, as well as design doc writing. Resilient with work stress.
  • Have in-depth understanding of popular competitive games in the current market, including but not limited to around game systems, social systems and monetization designs, etc.
