Tencent is seeking an experienced Product Manager passionate about MOBA genre, gaming communities, product positioning and marketing trends. This senior contributor role works in close partnership with development, marketing, community and operations team, to build excitement and engagement around the product. The ideal candidate is result driven and self-motivated and has a proven track record of large-scale publishing and marketing efforts in the gaming industry.




Responsibilities

Forge and execute strategies to bring new players through developing, implementing and maintaining actionable localized content and functions. Including in-game social system, hero-design, peripheral gameplay design, growth speed design, etc.
Define key performance indicators to set goals for and track the performance of our efforts, and help your teams gain and maintain a data-informed perspective on their work
Provide frequent reports and analysis of the regional game and business performance to various internal stakeholders
Create and deliver top-notch strategies for the development team that could be used globally, but with a special flavor for Brazilian
Accountability for your game operation and content performance
Localize, execute and manage day-to-day operation, content initiatives and events.
Evaluate and recommend content plans by identifying local players need and feedback.
Establish partnership with development to deepen our engagement in local market.




Qualifications

5+ years of leadership experience in mobile gaming operations or game design. Ideally, you’ve worked on the launch of a few AAA digital products (games, movies, apps).
3+ years of experience in MOBA or Battle Royal genre.
Strong passion towards games and the gaming industry is required.
Native speaker and excellent writing skills in Portuguese
Fluent English highly preferred
Goal oriented person. Have strong communication skill and team spirit.
Ability to adapt and deliver in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment.
