Job Responsibilities:

 

-       Daily office operations management for multiple offices in Japan.

-       Maintain relationships with business group

-       Manage new employee onboarding and Provide offboarding assistance

-       Manage office budget and control spending

-       Vendor management and procurement for office services

-       Monitor office supplies, order new stationery, furniture, appliances as required

-       Organize maintenance companies

-       Event planning and organizing (work together with HR)

-       Project Manager for full cycle of office rent, expansion & extension:

-       Keep a close connection with HQ

 

 

Skills and qualifications:

 

-       Bachelor’s degree in management or related fields for 5+ years

-       Strong written and verbal communication skills for employee communications, assign tasks, accept instructions, and handle vendor contracts, among other tasks

-       Organization and ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks

-       Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly

-       Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with executives and employees at all levels

-       Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office software (badging, inventory management)

-       Management and leadership experience is a plus

-       Bilingual preferred Mandarin
