About The Role
The Community Manager of LATAM, will be part of a local team based in Mexico. You will be one of the community voices of one of the most successful mobile games ever produced. Acting as a bridge between the LATAM community and the developers, you will represent the game team to the community including designing and implementing community programs, providing game updates, reporting on community trends, and troubleshooting issues.


  • According to different stages of the game, able to plan and follow up the output of game content, including tutorials, talents cooperation, worldview content, etc.
  • Plan and implement community events on various social media platforms with the goal of user preferences and community popularity.
  • Release daily content on social media, quickly produce materials and interact with players based on trending topics and users' responses.
  • Working with multiple internal stakeholders including player insights, marketing, operations, and community leads from other territory clusters to devise and deliver community-centric programs.
  • Create player-facing resources and content such as guides, videos, and FAQs to help enhance and deepen the player experience.
  • Teasing upcoming releases for features and programs.
  • Participating in the scheduling and creation of online and offline events.
  • You will need to maintain a consistent and positive presence in discussion forums in order to understand the state of the community and what they need.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • More than 5 years of relevant working experience in the mobile game industry. Content platform operation experience such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook is preferred.
  • Have excellent creativity and understanding of LATAM mainstream social media.
  • Able to coordinate local teams to produce creative content based on local insights.
  • Instant video and graphic creation abilities are preferred.
  • Understands users. Excellent in cross-communication, English can be used as a working language.
  • Excellent self-motivation and responsible for work. Have keen insight and fast-learning ability.
