TiMi Studios is seeking a senior program manager with strong technical skills, understands what game development studio’s technical architecture needs are and has passion for building something from scratch. This role will support multiple studios in an important leadership role as part of a shared TiMi Studio Group team. As Studio IT’s Senior Program Manager at TiMi Studios, you will be working across TiMi’s organization with multiple Project Tech Directors to collect, review needs and feedback and work closely with Tencent’s IT to implement the infrastructure needed to support game development. You will play a key role into creating a technical environment that will empower the studio creativeness


  • Work across TiMi Studio’s organization in North America, to gather and collect technical architecture needs from Studio Tech Directors
  • Deeply understand how game development works, what is the environment and tools needed to successfully launch a game
  • Be an advocate for TiMi Studios, to build a cohesive global + local future ready solutions for game development
  • Work with project owners to identify project scope, define success criteria
  • Effectively communicate with relevant, functional stakeholders (business and IT in both HQ and Overseas) regularly to manage expectations and to provide project updates on scope and velocity
  • Involve project steering committee for guidance and key decisions
  • Provide simple, to the point, quality status reports consistently
  • Identify and manage risks


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. MS/MBA preferred. 
  • 8+ years of experience successfully leading IT projects in a fast paced and multifaceted environment.
  • 3+ years’ experience leading global IT PMO in an Internet or leading high-tech companies, experience with game studios is a major plus
  • Proven track record of delivering solutions when needed, while navigating a fast-paced environment with frequent shift in priorities
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal/presentations. Ability to bridge from high-level objectives to project details and vice-versa
  • Ability to engage with IT & business leaders to help unblock/escalate projects as needed
  • Willingness to work with global team members across different time zones
  • Bilingual is required: English & Mandarin in both reading and writing
