Responsibilities:
- Lead influencer and editorial campaigns from ideation, execution, to data analysis and recapping
- Cultivate and develop influencer and editorial relationships and help build a community of Tencent Ambassadors
- Lead influencer recruitment strategy, in alignment with internal brand objectives & KPI's
- Prospect for new influencer platforms, social channels and capabilities across Micro and Macro
- Work with best in class agency partners and cross-functional teams to define and establish influencer standard
- Partner with Paid Social, Display and Creative teams to establish process, and scale project assets for lead share of voice in MENA
- Present to internal stakeholders, methodologies, process, and campaign recapping
- Stay up to date on industry trends regarding new partners, tactics, tools and competitor trends across MENA

Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience leading influencer marketing strategy and campaign execution for an influencer network, agency within gaming or tech space
- Experience leading editorial partner relationships and campaign execution
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of current and emerging social media platforms
- A deep passion and ability to champion significant, lasting partner relationships and communities while always maintaining growth
- Experience working with creative teams
- Experience with influencer and social management tools
- Strong background running influencer marketing / ambassador programs across MENA
- Native in Arabic language and capable of using English as a working language
